Where peptide claims leave question marks

Your questions belong in the visit.

Bring the question you actually have, even if it feels basic. You do not need a list of peptide names to explain what is bothering you.

A moment to think it through.

The idea to question

The visit is mainly for confirming the treatment I picked.

The short answer

The person treating you needs to leave room for your questions too. The Federation of State Medical Boards made that point in guidance adopted in May 2026. The board group’s prescribing guidance

A short note can hold the question you most want answered.

Begin with what you have noticed

Note the change that worries you, your hopes, and anything you have tried so far. Set down the names of any medicines or supplements you want to talk about.

Ask for the reason behind the plan

What do you think is causing this problem?

What else could we try, including no new medicine?

What is this product called, and why does it fit my goal?

What change would count as this plan helping me?

Leave with an answer you can use

Who will answer questions after the visit?

What will the total cost include?

When would we rethink the plan or bring it to an end?

The board group’s policy applies the in-person care standard to remote visits too. This helps describe what good care involves; each state sets its binding rules. The medical-board group’s policy
